Honey Rose Matcha Layered Latte
SERVINGS: 1 drink | TIME: 5 minutes
- 1 heaping tablespoon Honey Rose Matcha
- ¾ cup water
- Ice
- Grapefruit zest (for garnish)
- A sprinkle of sea salt
- Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
Start by adding the Honey Rose Matcha powder to a glass, then pour in water. Whisk directly in the glass until smooth.
Next, add ice to the glass.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and a touch of grapefruit zest to bring out the floral sweetness.
Finish with a few drops of EVOO for a subtle, smooth depth.
