Our beans are decaffeinated using either the Swiss Water® or Mountain Water Process— 100% chemical-free methods that use water and carbon filtration to gently remove caffeine while preserving origin-specific flavor. It’s healthier, environmentally friendly, and keeps the soul of the bean intact.
Once again, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Chicago’s Two Hearted Queen micro roastery who select ethically-sourced beans from women-owned farms and cooperatives, then air-roast them to bring out their smooth, chocolatey depth.
